Disconnect QuickBooks

Remove Genesys Agency's access to your QuickBooks Online account

You can disconnect Genesys Agency from your QuickBooks Online account at any time.

Option 1 — Disconnect from QuickBooks Online

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Apps (or "My Apps").
  3. Find Genesys Agency in your list of connected apps.
  4. Click Disconnect and confirm.

Option 2 — Contact support

You can also contact Genesys Agency support at info@genesys.agency to request disconnection assistance.

After disconnection

Once disconnected, Genesys Agency will no longer be able to access your QuickBooks Online company data. Any future invoice automation will require a new authorization.
