Restore your QuickBooks Online connection to Genesys Agency

If your QuickBooks Online connection has expired or was revoked, you may need to reconnect your QuickBooks Online account to continue using the Genesys Agency invoice automation.

Because this is a private integration available only to authorized clients, reconnection is handled through Genesys Agency support.

How to reconnect

To reconnect, please contact us and we will provide you with a secure reconnection link or assist you through the QuickBooks Online OAuth 2.0 authorization flow:

After reconnection

Once reconnected, the integration will resume accessing only the QuickBooks Online data needed to perform your authorized invoice automation.
